Technical Specifications

Temperature Controller:

  • Digital microprocessor based temperature indicator cum controller with display resolution of 0.1°C.
  • Controlling accuracy ±2°C @ Minimum.
  • Display accuracy ±0.5%, full scale.
  • Class- A grade, PT-100 Sensor (RTD).

 

Construction:

  1. Inner Chamber made of dully polished Stainless Steel 304 Grade. Outer made of Mild Steel, powder coated.
  2. Polyurethane Foam Insulation (PUF).
  3. Wheels for easy movement.
  4. Door with Handle, lock and magnetic gasket for leak proof.
  5. Double walled, insulated, inner lined with SS & Foam sheet.
  6. Sub doors provided for each compartment.
  7. Adjustable SS trays.

Refrigeration System:

  1. Hermetically sealed EMERSON Copeland make compressor.
  2. CFC free refrigerant filled.
  3. Fin and tube type air-cooled condenser.

Power Supply:

  1. Single phase- 230 Volts, 50 Hz.

Salient Features

  1. HP/ LP switch provided to high/low pressure cut off.
  2. Temperature deviation high / low alarm (audio) with silence switch.

 

Optional:

  1. Full stainless steel (Interior and Exterior).
  2. Suitable Voltage Stabilizer.
  3. Strip Chart recorder / Circular Chart recorder.
  4. Freezers are available at various sizes as per customer’s requirement.
