Temperature cum Humidity Controller (dry and wet bulb method)

  2. Digital Microprocessor based, PID, Humidity Indicator cum controller with display resolution of 1%Rh. (direct reading).
  3. Temperature controlling accuracy ±2°C.

Construction:

  1. Vertical model.
  2. Inner Chamber made of dully polished Stainless Steel, 304 Grade, Outer made of Mild Steel, powder coated.
  3. Polyurethane Foam Insulation (PUF).
  4. Handle, lock and heavy-duty hinges for door.
  5. Door with Neoprene rubber gasket for leak proof.
  6. Forced air circulation to maintain uniformity of temperature.
  7. Frost Free Viewing Window to observe the testing components during working condition.
  8. Double walled full front opening door. Inner lined with SS.
  9. Long life Ni-chrome, SS heaters with fins for higher temperature.
  10. Automatic cut off for circulating fan when the door is opened
  11. Lockable Wheels for easy movement.
  12. Drain facility is provided to collect water, which is produced during humidity testing condition.
  13. Adjustable SS meshed trays.

Refrigeration System:

  1. Single stage with hermetically sealed EMERSON Copeland make compressor.
  2. CFC free refrigerant filled.
  3. Fin and tube type air-cooled condenser.

 

Safety features:

  1. Provided with Suitable overload protectors and MCB s to ensure absolute safety to Electrical / Electronics and Refrigeration Systems.
  2. Provided with automatic water filling for humidity test.
  3. Door light is provided for viewing window.
  4. Single phase preventor will be provided for 3-phase instruments.
  5. High Pressure and Low Pressure safety cut off for Compressors.
  6. Fully solid-state relay (SSR) control for heaters.
  7. High and Low temperature deviation alarms.

  1. Single-phase 230Volt / Three phase 440 Volt, 50 Hz.

  1. Calibration certificate traceability to NABL standards (Temperature controller with sensor).

Hot and Cold Chamber

Hot and cold chamber are used to test automobile components, materials like rubber, plastics and metal parts in high and low temperatures by automatic cycle operations / manually for certain time periods.
